Great value “dupe” for the “viral mommy bag”
I just recently purchased this bag in brown leopard with an extra $5 off coupon. This put the price for me at about $23. I own several of the “brand” name viral mom bags, which I love, but are quite pricy! For a fraction of the cost, this bag offers the same space and versatility. I can carry everything I need, still with room to spare in the bag. It is comfortable to carry due to the wide shoulder strap, no digging in. The one thing I noticed is that the strap on this one does not extend to quite as long as my emmafy does. But it is still plenty long enough to provide multiple crossbody options. Overall, I really like this bag, I LOVE the price point, and I would definitely purchase another one!

Oversized Monster Fanny Pack Kinda Thing
I didn’t even know this was a thing until I saw this up for consideration, and what I mean by a “thing”, I mean a cross between a Fanny pack and a crossbody bag. I have no idea why it’s called a Bum or Fanny pack, since I have never seen anyone wearing a fanny pack with the bag resting on one’s buttocks; never seen it in the 80’s and never seen it worn on the bum/buttocks in 2025 either!SIZE – look at all the photos and pay attention, this thing is LARGE – larger in real life than in the pictures. If you are shorter than 5 ft 5 in tall maybe re-think getting this large pouch of a monster. I would definitely NOT use this as a fanny pack at my height of 5 ft 3. Since this bag is so huge, I may be tempted to put more and more things into it, and it will probably un-weight me and pull me down with it, and I would be walking around bent-over like Quasimodo. I would not use this as a waist bag for the same reason, it will probably also make me look super fat and throw out my back. I would probably use as a cross-body (as intended) but it covers my entire stomach and looks kind of weird. I would not use it as a shoulder bag because even the strap is so wide and large that the proportions of the bag and strap to my petite build will overpower anything fashionable I would try to wear. The strap reminds of luggage strapping, wide, shiny and nylon-looking. A long gold strong chain would look better, but it wouldn’t be very comfortable. I think I will just use it as an oversized clutch.POCKETS – 4 total, one inside of the larger pouch and one in the back. Zippers seem pretty robust.FASHION STATEMENT – excellent for people who like BOLD things. The zipper is bold, the straps are bold (also looks like luggage strap), the pattern is bold, the size is bold. This is totally not a dainty or delicate fashion statement. This would go great with blue jeans and a blazer or a black long dress with boots. Not sure if it will go over well with T-shirt and shorts. It’s a pretty hefty bag, not lightweight by any means. I got the brown leopard color to match a lot of things, but in retrospect, I should have gotten the pink one to really stand out, who cares if it matches? I can be that one eccentric person with non-matching colors, flowers in her hair and blue nailpolish reciting Shakespeare on a subway.WHO IS IT FOR? – taller and larger people, people who like BOLD THINGS. Don’t buy it if you have sloping shoulders and trying to use this a shoulder bag, it will just slide right off!PARTING WORDS – I am not a fashionista or a trendy person so take my words with some scrutiny, this review is only based on my experience, but to me this bag is a cross between an insanely huge fanny pack combined with a cosmetic bag with luggage strap-like material to sling it across your body; it’s a very odd marriage and I would rather stick to my regular bag and use a regular sized fanny pack when I have to, for the appropriate occasion. I’m not sure carrying around a gargantuan fanny/cosmetic bag for an everyday occasion bodes well with me.ACCESSORIES – I totally loved the cherry/ribbon/pearl key ring!
