Supportive, good cushion, great for walking, running, aerobics, squats, other resistance training
I have worn Brooks for years and they are my favorite workout shoe, and the only ones I will buy for working out. They fit my feet, especially with my high arches, they’re comfortable, and they are supportive. I have a bunion on my right foot and a neuroma in my left foot, and these keep me from pain in those areas, as well.I have never ever spent this much on a sneaker. Ever. But after buying some cheaper brands and having a lot of foot pain, I decided to try out these newer Brook’s.Note that in the vid and the images I had worn these to the gym so if the bottoms look a little scuffed, that’s why – they came new and in the Brooks box with tissue. These don’t have the old style ‘tongue’ and I prefer that as that way the tongue isn’t slipping around.I ordered a size 7, which is what I order in all my shoes, and they fit perfectly. My toes don’t go all the way to the end, and they are snug enough at the instep but not tight.I love this color so I’m glad I took the chance to order it. Something different. The inner sole insert isn’t as thick as I thought it would be but these are cushiony. Underneath that insert it’s pretty firm, but that helps with support. I don’t want a shoe that’s too squishy. I use these for treadmill walking, running on the treadmill, and resistance training. Doing my squats, I felt very stable.Could I have ordered a less expensive Brooks and been fine? Likely. But I’m still glad I invested in these. They’ll last for a very long time – years. Yes, some people don’t keep their shoes for years, but I do, and with Brooks they have lasted and lasted. Once the sole is worn down enough, I transition them from gym shoes to outside walking shoes or just every day going somewhere shoes, so they last me for years.I have had trouble with some Brooks fitting smaller but not these – they’re perfect.Love my Brooks.

A Good Choice for a Sneaker
Excellent sneakers. Perfect fit and the padding makes them extremely comfortable. Perfect for a treadmill or a jog. Not inexpensive but worth it.

    get these run shoes !
I can’t say enough about these glycerin stealth fit running shoes. Honestly, the support you get and the adjustments you can make are important to me. The thin tongue is awesome. It never moves and super comfortable. You must put an insert in the shoe however…remove the existing insert. I recommend an insert I couldn’t find on Amazon unfortunately. It has a metatarsal accommodation so that your toe spread is perfectly in line with all the bones in your foot. It’s the Sovella S3500 Premium Sport Orthotic with Metatarsal Pad. Go to Lucky Feet store to get it or order online. You’ll be happy. I do recommend these running shoes even if you’re interval running like me. How your foot meets the road dictates how the rest of your body lasts !! 👍🏽

No arch support, too long and too wide, very unattractive shoe
I’m ready to give up on Brooks altogether. I own multiple pairs, and they’ve served me well, but I need some new ones and can’t find any that are comfortable. These were recommended for my high arches, and it turns out they have zero arch support. I ordered my usual size 8, and they’re too long and way too wide. When I lace them up, they pucker and both sides of the laces touch. My feet are average width and most of the new Brooks styles are too wide across the toe, so much so that they pucker when I lace them up, plus they’re unattractive. I could get past the clown shoe look if they fit properly and were comfortable, but they’re not. These were recommended over the GTS I usually buy because I was told they weren’t as wide, but that was untrue. These look a lot better in the photos. They have a weird shape, and they are really uncomfortable. I don’t recommend them.

Better than 21s, not as good as 20s
I kept these shoes, but if you’re a Glycerin stealth fit fan, these aren’t the most comfortable version. Glycerin 20s were the most comfortable—I could walk all day in those. Glycerin 21 fit odd. I’ve always worn size 9 in Brooks shoes, but 21 were way too short and I had to size up. Glycerin 22 I wear my usual size 9 again. However, they lack stability of Glycerin 20s and my feet fatigue in these after long walks. I probably should have gone with the GTS version even though I’ve never needed them before. One other thing to note: The holes in the tops of shoes over the toes are larger and you can see your socks through them, so choose a shoe color that matches your sock color or play to wear socks that match! I bought the black shoes, so white socks look a bit odd. If you’re a runner, these are very bouncy/responsive and super light, which feels great on short runs, but take that with a grain of salt because I’m not a dedicated runner.

Do not have a separate tongue.
This is my 3rd pair of Brooks. These look great and feel great. They do not have a separate tongue. These feel very similar to the ghost shoes. I’m always anxious to spend the price for Brooks, but when I get them on. They are worth every penny.
