Compact, sturdy, and super convenient
This adjustable kettlebell has been one of the best things I’ve added to my home gym. The weight changes happen quickly and smoothly, and each setting feels stable with no wobbling or moving. The handle is easy to hold and has enough room for exercises that can be done with one or two hands. It takes up a lot less space than having a lot of kettlebells, but it still feels just as strong when you swing, row, squat, or press. This is a great piece of equipment for anyone who wants to be able to do a lot of different things without having to buy a lot of equipment.

Great item, very versatile, but weight sizes are very unique and I feel don’t follow any standard. Also because of the nature of the adjustable kettlebell the size and shape CAN be awkward but it is over all the best option I found and will buy again if I ever need 2

This has come in handy especially for quick workouts when I want to take a weight around and keep active when I can’t be in the gym. I’ve been using this adjustable kettlebell at home and it’s been a practical solution for strength training without taking up too much space. Mi review es de la pesa rusa, o “kettlebell”, y estos son los pros y contras que le veo.Pros:- En una sola pesa tienes 6 pesos diferentes.- Ahorras muchísimo espacio.- Es muy fácil cambiar de peso.Contras o áreas de mejora:- La cubierta al ser de plástico muy delgado, se siente frágil, hay que tratarla con cuidado.- De 11kg se brinca a 16kg, es decir, no hay nada en medio y brinca 5kg, que me parece mucho.- El “plato” que queda abajo sosteniendo las pesas que no se necesiten, también se siente fragil.En general estoy contento con el producto, aún con los detallitos que menciono.
