Great Pilates ball
I bought this to do a workouts and use for the “bender method” workout videos. It’s perfect! I love that it came with a pump – I don’t think it’s necessary, but it sure is convenient!I used it under my body and butt with confidence and no issues during my workout.Size is consistent to the original bender ball – I slightly deflate mine to have better grip. Just like the professional football players haha.

Arrived quickly easy to blow up and still have air except the one the puppy stuck her needle teeth into, but she still likes carrying it around. The other 2 are used for hand exercises.

This small Pilates ball rings all the bells
The ball comes deflated and folded up in a small box along with a plunger type lightweight plastic pump inflator and a screw-in plastic nozzle (they call it a needle). The oump handle has a hidden compartment to hold the nozzle but the cap will not close once the nozzle is inserted. Maybe that’s why the nozzle is shipped in a plastic baggie inside the box and not stored in the handle. If the nozzle were to fit that would reduce the chance for losing it. I’ll just keep the nozzle screwed into the outlet side of the pump and be careful not to snap it off during storage. The ball is easy to inflate but note that there’s no internal air lock to hold in the air once you remove the nozzle. The air will gush out. The trick is to have a finger ready to quickly cover the opening as you withdraw the nozzle, then quickly insert the white plastic plug. If you very slightly over-inflate the ball the steps I suggest work just fine. I’ve seen reviews that complain about air loss after a while. If that happens I’ll try applying a tiny bit of petroleum jelly to the plug. But right out of the box I’m pleased, especially for the price paid. The grip is great. It looks good. I like the blue color. The size is just right. Matches the description.

Love it but is very hard to keep inflated after pumping, there is no flap to keep the air from escaping. So you have to hurry and shove the plug in. It took 4 tries to keep some air in there.
