WORKING OUT IN STYLE & COMFORT
I thoroughly enjoy working out with my trainer 3x a week but find myself wanting to focus on isolation exercises on the days in between. That brings me to this FABULOUS SET of ALTA Resistance Tube Bands for Women – The Full Kit Resistance Bands include Handles, Ankle Straps, & a Door Anchor. It comes in 2 colors with a faded affect from band to band representing the difference in weight each one gives. A beautiful salmon like pink of 5 shades and a beautiful blue scale from light to dark on each set. From the lightest to darkest color, you have 5 weights from Extra-Light (5lbs), Light (10 lbs), Medium (20 lbs), Heavy (30 lbs), Extra-Heavy (40 lbs). Combine bands for up to 105 lbs of resistance. The soft fabric sleeve is good quality and is great for the moments the bands might slide across arms or legs. The set up between the handles, ankle straps or door anchor are super easy to transition from one to another. I find the length of the bands just right, plenty of distance from a door or from the floor for my height (5’4″) or even for my son’s height (5′). I did choose blue instead of pink so my son would use them, so the are versatile with gender and with a plethora of workouts! I believe the price fits the product so well that I purchased the ALTA Booty Bands – Premium Non-Slip Fabric Resistance Bands to match. Look for my review for those!

Love these bands! They are durable, comfortable, and easy to use. The set has everything I need for home or travel workouts, and stacking the bands gives me plenty of resistance, a fantastic buy!

Cheap, broke within first few uses!
3 different Bands broke on the 3rd day of use!! They literally snapped at the hook and now I can’t use them!!!! DO NOT BUY!

Wish there were extra hand grips included
I like the look and packaging of this product and it seems to work well. It’s not as sturdy as I imagined. I also realized that it only comes with one set of grips and my plan was to take a set to work and have two sets in different parts of the house to remind me to do my physio exercises several times throughout the day. I don’t see an option to buy the add ons separately, which is disappointing.It did take longer to arrive to Canada than promised. Without the extra grips, it won’t serve my purpose, entirely.

I was super excited when I order these bands because of the fact that they are wrapped in a material. I’ve had bands snap on me before when I’ve been using them and it can be very painful. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got them, they feel heavy duty and are super cute and soft ☺️ the bag they come in is really good quality and they have three different attachments. These are 1000% better than other resistance bands I’ve used over the years. Absolutely worth the money

I LOVE these bands. A perfect set for a full body workout; several different resistances, smooth casing around the band that makes contact with skin on leg/arms comfortable, & several attachments pending your selected exercise (handles, loop for foot). Also an attachment as an option for a quick/easy way to secure at a door for the workout, without any damage to the wall or door. Plus! A sleek bag to store all the equipment. And a workout guide that demonstrates possible exercises for arms/legs/core, and how to set up bands accordingly!
