Easy to change out weights to fit your needs
I have been looking for something like this for a while & ran across this set of weights. I need different weights for different arm/shoulder/back exercises & these are perfect. Very easy to change the amount of weight to adjust to your specific needs! Also….very easy to use doing planks & side rows because they are square so no rolling around!

Adjustable dumbbells
What a great affordable way to cut down on clutter in your at home gym. The adjustable dumbbells are very good quality and durable plastic where each plate has a locking feature so they won’t slide out. It’s so easy to adjust and pick how heavy or light you want the dumbbells to be. I like how customizable you can make your workouts by having these. The grips are comfortable and do not hurt your hands. The weight is accurate to what the description says so watch my video on how easy and functional these are for your gym.

Great Dumbbells with Wide Range of Weight
These dumbbells are fantastic! The main thing I love is the wide range of weight with this set. Even though I am a beginner with free weights, I felt 2 lbs was too light and 3.4 lbs has been perfect. And with a maximum weight of 12.6 lbs, it should be awhile before I have to buy any additional weights. The locking mechanism for the detachable plates is extremely easy to use. There is a clear click when pressing the button to remove a plate as well as after sliding on an additional plate. The only issue I had was due to the lack of any grip on the bar but that was easily resolved with self adhesive bandage wrap.

If you are just starting out, these are great. They are nice cause they are easy to use and quick to adjust. The grip is nice and of course the colors choices are even better. The price is unbeatable when you look at all the weight you are getting.

I Love Love how you can adjust these! Easy to remove and add. The weight can go light or heavy. I use these for my bat wings I got when lost a lot of weight. They are easy to hold. I picked this color and love that they had different color options. Good quality to make my workout easier.
