Perfect for arm workouts!
Super cool! I love using these for my arm workouts. I’ve been doing Gabby George’s Bridal Arms series and these have been perfect for that. The adjustable weight is awesome. The grip is great, reducing the risk of slipping. Plus, they’re pink!!! Would definitely recommend! Great quality!

good if you really need adjustable dumbbells, but these are very light
It’s decent quality, but at it’s heaviest, it’s only 5 pounds, so I don’t ever take off the other pieces. If you need really light dumbbells, could be useful, but if you just need 5 pound dumbbells, there are better/cheaper options.

Great set at half the price
Great price compared to other sets. Comfortable to hold. Easy to change the weights…add or subtract weight. Weight attachments stay attached securely and won’t come apart unless you take them off. I also use them on my rebounder. I would say buy these at half the price of some other brands. I think you’ll be very happy with them.
